1. Orders and shipping
1.1 Where do you ship?
Within Austria, to Europe (including the UK, Switzerland and Norway) and worldwide. Chubb ships within Europe; for other countries write to us. You can also pick up your order for free in Vienna: choose pickup at checkout.
1.2 How much is shipping?
It depends on the destination and the total weight of your order, from €9 within Austria. Chubb ships by pallet freight with kerbside delivery. All rates are on Shipping & Returns, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
1.3 How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Other local payment methods may be offered at checkout, depending on your country.
1.4 When will my order arrive?
Chubb and Bold are made to order and ready for delivery in about 12 weeks. Odd Uniform is produced in small batches, not stockpiles. The Peepers are currently sold out: join the waitlist on the product page and we'll let you know when they're back. Delivery times for each product are shown on its page and at checkout.
2. Products
2.1 What are the pieces made of?
The Peepers are formed from a single disc of 100% recyclable aluminium, anodised or powder coated. Chubb is made in London from 100% recyclable stainless steel. Bold is 100% recyclable aluminium, sanded and wax polished. Odd Uniform is heavy brushed cotton twill and 100% organic cotton T-shirts, produced in London with the social enterprise Fashion Enter.
2.2 Can I order a custom size?
Chubb tables and benches come in four lengths, and custom sizes are possible on request. Write to shop@odduniverse.xyz.
2.3 Can I use the furniture outdoors?
The Peepers are made for indoor and outdoor use. Powder-coated pieces can stay outside all year; a breathable cover in winter keeps the finish at its best. Bold should be brought indoors or covered when used outside. Each product page has the details under Care.
2.4 How do I care for my piece?
Use a soft cloth with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry it. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents. The full care guide for each material is on the product page under Care.
2.5 Which size should I choose?
Odd Uniform comes in XS to XL. See our size guide for the measurements of every piece. If you're unsure, write to shop@odduniverse.xyz and we'll help you choose.
3. Returns
3.1 Can I return my order?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost, and we refund within 14 days. The details are on Shipping & Returns.
3.2 My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What now?
Email shop@odduniverse.xyz as soon as you can, with your order number, the product name, a short description and photos. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
4. Projects and business
4.1 Do you work with hospitality and trade clients?
Yes. The Peepers are built for high-traffic hospitality, and Chubb can be made to size. Tell us about your project via the enquiry form on the Studio page or at shop@odduniverse.xyz.
4.2 Can I rent your furniture?
Yes. Get in touch at shop@odduniverse.xyz.
4.3 Can I work with the studio?
