2. Shipping

We ship products to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, shipping costs, estimated delivery times, taxes, duties, and any applicable fees are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or on the relevant product page where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, carrier services, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.

4. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered or is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel needs to be resent.

For consumers, this does not affect statutory rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@odduniverse.xyz and include:

  • your order number,
  • the product name,
  • a short description of the issue,
  • photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

For consumers, this request does not limit statutory warranty rights. Consumers retain their statutory rights even if they do not report the issue immediately after delivery.

6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer and purchase products online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by making a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms & Conditions, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

7. Returning Products After Withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

This does not affect your statutory right to withdraw by making a clear statement within the withdrawal period.

8. Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect the products as you would in a physical shop.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value results from handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Products should be returned in a condition that allows safe transport, ideally in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

9. Return Shipping Costs

Unless stated otherwise or agreed separately, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning products after exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

If the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, different rules may apply and we will assess the case under your statutory warranty rights.

10. Refunds After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned products, including the cost of standard delivery.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.

We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where legally permitted.

This may include, in particular:

  • products made to your specifications or clearly personalised,
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery,
  • digital content or services where the statutory requirements for an exception are met.

If a product is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, this will be stated on the relevant product page or during the order process where applicable.

Normal sale or discounted products are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

12. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.

If you would like a different product, version, size, or colour, please return the original product where eligible and place a new order.

13. Voluntary Return Policy

We currently do not offer a voluntary return period beyond the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for consumers.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights if a product is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

14. Business Customers

For business customers, returns, cancellations, and refunds are only possible where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business customers.

15. Statutory Warranty Rights

Nothing in this Shipping & Returns policy limits or excludes statutory warranty rights.

If a product is defective, consumers may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
